ABOUT

For over forty years Allied Ventilation has been at the forefront of high-quality fabrication and installation in the plan and specifications and design-build markets for a variety of industries.
In July of 1981 Mary and Nick Seraphinoff formed Allied Ventilation in their house in the Detroit area. Allied Ventilation was the first female owned sheet metal fabricator in Michigan. Since that modest beginning they have transformed their shop into a multi-million dollar company specializing in custom ductwork.
In 2023, leadership transitioned to David Niksa, Timothy E. Marshke, and Mike Wiedbusch—three seasoned professionals with over 60 years of combined experience. Together, they bring a strong vision, deep expertise, and a commitment to innovation and excellence.
Today, Allied Ventilation continues to grow by investing in new technology and expanding its capabilities in both design-build and plan/spec markets—while staying true to the quality and integrity that started it all.
