For over thirty years Allied Ventilation has been at the
forefront of quality fabrication and installation in the plan and
specifications and design-build markets for a variety of industries. As
the first female owned sheet metal fabricator in Michigan Mary
and Nick Seraphinoff created a company that was ready to
meet their customer's customized duct needs.
In July of 1981 Mary and Nick Seraphinoff
formed Allied Ventilation in their house in the Detroit area.
Since that modest beginning they have transformed their shop into
a multi-million dollar company specializing in custom ductwork.
Mary came from upper-management within a well-known furniture
company in Michigan and Nick's background was well rooted in the
sheet metal industry having been a detailer, estimator and project
manager. Together their business and duct skills have made
Allied Ventilation one of the premier custom sheet metal design shops
in the Midwest.
Mary and Nick have been very active in SMACNA chairing many
committees including Mary holding the office of President for their
local chapter. Nick sat on the National Industrial
Contractors Steering Committee for five years and was also on the
SMACNA National Board of Directors.
Along with the Sheet metal Workers International Association - Local
80 Allied has been in the forefront of a constant campaign of
"working together" to ensure that both management and employees are
moving toward the same goals.
Our Future with Yours The entire Allied team sees many new opportunities in front of us
to help both new and existing customers attain their goals of a
custom ductwork job that will last. By keeping up with changes
in the design of sheet metal products including constantly updating
our CAD skills and resources we are confident that your project will benefit from our many years of experience in this
ever changing field.
